These are just a guideline. Actual cost can be factored up or down by expected
useage of the golf reservation system.
There is a monthly charge for us to host the golf reservation system, but
there are typically no set up or customization fees. The monthly fee includes making small
changes and enhancements to the system, supporting and mantaining the system.
The monthly charge can range from USD 15-75 depending on how large the golf course is.
An online searchable and editable membership database is
another $5/500 members. The database would allow an administrator to keep track of
member names, logins, addreses, billing cycle, email etc. It would also be searchable by
members looking to find partners of similiar skill levels. Data can be imported and exported
