Pricing
The range of monthly fees I charge my clients is from $5 to $125 / month.
The average client pays around $20-25 / month. Since I offer a customized solution
I am unable to give an exact quote without knowing what your needs
and expectations for support are. More information is below:
The monthly pricing mainly depends on the following factors:
- How customized and complicated the system needs to be
- How many users will be using it
- What level of support you need, i.e:
- Gold level support gets the highest
priority. This is suggested if the system is critical to your business.
Average response time is 10 minutes . Clients will always have access
to a backup of their system on another server should the main server be down.
- Silver level support gets the
average priority. Average email response time is 3 hours .
No phone support will be provided. I can spend
Upto 10 minutes per month to make
small changes and enhancements to the system at no additional cost.
- Bronze level support is my base
support. Average response time is 1 day for any inquiry. Any changes to the system outside of
general maintenance will be charged for depending on how busy I am and how urgent your request for changes are.
Monthly pricing starts at $10/ month.
- Bronze for Non-Profits Average email response time is 3 days . Monthly pricing starts at just $5/ month.
Support refers to how quickly you want your
questions/problems answered. If you can wait 3 hours, then silver
support is fine. Some clients email me every week over questions and
minor glitches, others I never hear from for the whole year, so it can depend.
Generally the more complicated and more people using your system, the
more likely you will be emailing for support.
Most support calls also come when the server is down and you need quick
access to a backup of your system. Conservatively, one can expect the server to be down
for upto 1 day a year, 1 hour a month and 10 minutes every week. Unfortunately the schedule
for the server to be down is random and depends on many factors beyond my control . Some servers
are up for 300 days continuosly while others may be temporarily down every few days.
There is a monthly fee to host, support and mantain the reservation system,
but there are typically no set up or customization fees (so long as the
customizations are marketable to other clients). The monthly fee includes making
small changes and enhancements to the system.
For example an office with 8 installers would cost around $40/
month. Or a tennis club with 3 courts to schedule would cost $15/
month.
The monthly charge mostly depends on the number of people / resources in the online
scheduler.
The monthly fee
ranges from $2-5 per
resource to schedule per
month subject to a 1-year contract. Shorter term contracts are available with a slightly
higher monthly fee.
Pricing for solo practioners and smaller businesses
Solo practioners requiring a scheduler just for themselves can expect to pay $10-20
per month depending on which features they need. The majority of the pricing is used to cover all the time to set up
the system, explain it, and answer
general questions on features and functionality. Typically this involves dozens of emails and phone calls to each
client . How much the software is used does not make much difference to the costs. For this reason solo practioners
typically pay higher price per schedules since the overhead is the same as a larger client.
