Basic Simple Demo

The Simple Demo lets anyone book/cancel appointments for any person.

The Hidden Identity Demo lets users book appointments without seeing the details of any other appointments on the schedule. Users can only cancel their own appointments. It can also be setup to not allow users to cancel their appointments. This is useful for a doctor's office where patient privacy is of utmost importance.

Single schedule/ Solo practioner demo

The Single schedule demo shows the schedule for just one person or resource in a weekly format. Users can book any open time shown.

The Single Demo with Hiddden Identity is same as previous one, except clients can not see details of other appointments on the schedule. They can click 'Find My Reservations' button to find their appointments. An email confirmation is also sent.

Demo with individual usernames and passcodes

The secure demo assigns each user a unique password to make their online bookings. An administrator edits the user database to insert/delete members and assign new passwords. This version can also limit the number of reservations a user can make.

Group demo

The Group Demo lets you select which schedules you want to display side by side or by themself. This is useful for office staff scheduling.

Signup Sheet Demo

The Signup Demo is useful if you only have a few events for people to sign up for. They work like an online spreadsheet where anyone can go in and fill their name into a slot.

Anyone signup demo is the same as the previous signup demo , except users can see all details of other people who have signed up.

PayPal Demo

Customers can book an appointment and pay online directly to your PayPal Business account. Then their appointment will be processed as soon as the funds are received . It is all seamless and people can use either PayPal or a credit card. Users do not have to open a PayPal account. Click here if you would like to test this demo out.

Class and Event Registration Demo

If your appointments let many people sign up for the same time, then the class scheduling program will be better suited for your needs. It lets you create a class, specify the size, then anyone can go and sign up for it.
